Thanks to all who agreed to pray with me in our 12-2 program. If you missed the previous email, we are praying daily at 12:00 noon or 12:00 midnight for two minutes for the church.
Here is a weekly schedule for how to pray
Sundays- For the facility. Initially that we will get final approval, and then for our relationship with our hosts and for all issues that may arise as we work with the facility.
Mondays- For Pastor and Family- Please lift my family and me up as we continue to give our all to provide leadership. Pray for our health, wisdom, and our relationship with God- that each will be healthy and strong.
Tuesday- For our Volunteers. Pray for a spirit of cooperation and joy as each person serves. Pray that they will find fulfillment as they give of their energies and love. Pray that those who are ministered to will be impacted for Christ.
Wednesday- For Spiritual insight and Wisdom. Ask God that we will always seek his face and remember that we wrestle against spiritual enemies to the work. Ask that God will give guidance to every leader in this church for a great impact on the kingdom of God.
Thursday- For Our Guests. Ask God to send us a great harvest of people who need Christ. Pray that they will feel welcomed and comfortable the very first time and that they will return for more.
Friday- For our community. Pray that we will be an agent for ministry and a positive influence in all the communities we impact. Pray for our community leaders and for our relationship with them to be positive.
Saturday- For our worship services. Ask the Holy Spirit to put a special anointing on all that transpires. Be especially in prayer for our very first service on September 21st at 11:15 am
Thanks for doing this. If just 60 people follow this plan we will haver two hours of prayer invested in our church every single day. How cool is that?

The 12-2 Prayer Plan
As we near completion on our series on prayer, here is a very rudimentary way you can support our church plant in prayer. I call it the 12-2 plan. What I am asking is that every day at either 12:00 noon or 12:00 midnight (for you people with crazy schedules) you would commit to two minutes in prayer for Real Life Wesleyan. I will send out a schedule with specifics that you can pray for each day.
We are told in Matthew that we are not heard in prayer for our many words, and also that our agreement in prayer is a powerful thing. With that in mind, please commit to take two solid minutes of prayer each day for us at that time.
A few thoughts to help you stay on track.
Perhaps 12 is right at the beginning or end of your meal period. Make that a part of your daily routine.
Set an alarm on your phone or clock.
Call your spouse or a friend and pray together at that time.
Put up a reminder where you will see it.
Thanks for committing to launch us in prayer. As I said at the picnic, apart from prayer I am not interested in doing this whatsoever. With prayer… we are unstoppable!
